The planned transition to Senior Advisor status allows Luchars to remain closely involved in the strategic direction of the company. Along with Founder, CEO and Chairman Navin C. Dimond, Luchars is helping lead the search for a new CIO and will remain in office until filled.

Prior to joining Stonebridge Companies, Luchars was Director at AEW Capital Management and Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group in New York.

While at AEW Capital Management, Luchars led the company’s hotel group and was responsible for investment origination and asset management for all hotel investments in North America. Along with this, Luchars has been involved in over $ 3 billion in hotel and commercial real estate transactions in the United States and Europe. He has also overseen office, retail, residential and industrial acquisitions in Chicago, Boston and Florida.
