Jim Luchars, Chief Investment Officer of Stonebridge Companies, to step up to Senior Advisor
Stonebridge Companies, a Denver-based owner, operator and developer of innovative and private hotels, has announced that Chief Investment Officer Jim Luchars will step up as Senior Advisor.
The planned transition to Senior Advisor status allows Luchars to remain closely involved in the strategic direction of the company. Along with Founder, CEO and Chairman Navin C. Dimond, Luchars is helping lead the search for a new CIO and will remain in office until filled.

When Luchars joined Stonebridge Companies as Chief Investment Officer, he began overseeing all acquisition and development growth initiatives for the company.

Prior to joining Stonebridge Companies, Luchars was Director at AEW Capital Management and Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group in New York.
While at AEW Capital Management, Luchars led the company’s hotel group and was responsible for investment origination and asset management for all hotel investments in North America. Along with this, Luchars has been involved in over $ 3 billion in hotel and commercial real estate transactions in the United States and Europe. He has also overseen office, retail, residential and industrial acquisitions in Chicago, Boston and Florida.
Joanna Bartnik Joins United Properties Denver as Head of Development
United Properties announced that Joanna Bartnik has joined United Properties – Denver as Head of Development. Bartnik reports to Megan (Turner) Kranichfeld, Vice President of Development.
Bartnik brings over a decade of progressive real estate work experience to his new role. She is responsible for supporting the overall industrial real estate development process and will lead and manage the pre-development, due diligence, rights, design and construction for all new industrial and office developments of the company on the Denver Market.

Most recently, Bartnik served as Senior Director, Portfolio Management, for EverWest Real Estate Investors. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Trade and a Masters in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver.

The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa Avon, Vail Valley is delighted to announce that Brian Harrier has taken on the role of General Manager of the award-winning resort.
Harrier joins The Westin Riverfront from Viceroy Snowmass, another Colorado luxury resort run by East West Hospitality, where he most recently served as COO. Harrier helped run the Snowmass property through a complete renovation while overseeing the operations of the hotel.
A graduate of Indiana University, Harrier began his hospitality career at the Westin Princeville Ocean Resort Villas in Hawaii, where he became Director of Engineering.
